We are about half way across VA. We started out at 4:30 from Whitehall, PA. Stopped for gas twice so far. Maryland was $3.79. Virginia was $3.37. Big difference.

Within the last 24 hours: WTI crude up $1.09 to $110.10 a barrel; Brent crude up $2.25 to $116.61. This would suggest that the pbb could easily reach $126 within a month or so, and that would translate to a $3.75+ price at the pump for regular.

Airline surcharges would follow.

UGH - I don't want pump prices to go up. We leave in 18 days for our drive to the world and I would love to have gas stay close to where it is now ($3.45 here). That makes me sad. OH well...still cheaper than flying for us.

HI! We are crazy busy. We are afraid we may have to cancel - there are SO many things going on at school this year. Lauren, the theater kid, wants to do the 7/8 grade play and the show is on the Friday of the week we have scheduled for our trip. Plus she's "afraid" that she'll get behind if she takes the week off from school. So we're trying to decide what's important at this point. She could be panicking because school just started so I don't want to jump to

This is a tough decision, we don't know what makes the most sense. It's always such a good thing for Shawn, it really helps him with his socialization and world/life skills. It's the main thing he looks forward to every year.

Hopefully we'll decide soon and we can find Briana in the park.

I used to have her number because it was your old number, don't know if it still is, but I changed phones so I wouldn't have it any more anyway. So, yes, absolutely we'll want to look her up and hopefully get a photo LOL.

But not definite either. The way crude had been going lately I think you have better odds predicting the sex, and due date, of a baby not yet conceived than what the crude oil futures market is going to do.

What BC1836 predicted is likely based on historical facts, but like I said lately it's been all over the place.

Hi everyone... In FL now. We didn't drive this time just a short weekend trip. Anyway just wanted to let anyone that's here now know that there's a new Wawa that just opened near the airport and the gas is just $2.99, and since they were doing that the Racetrack station down the street joined the party too I know this a promotional thing so not sure how long it'll last.
I'm not sure if this can help anyone but I thought I would let you know. I haven't been down to Disney yet to check prices, but here in Lake Mary they are around $3.45. (Cheaper than home)
