If I have a fastpass for FOP at 8:15pm and we are there checking into the ride at exactly 8:15. Is it likely that we can be at the front of AK (exiting) by 9pm? We have dinner at Ohana at 9:45. Planning to take an UBER or Taxi back to Poly to save time on busses.

I would normally NEVER plan 2 things so close and have to rush... but DH and I are traveling with friends who have never been to WDW. They are only staying for 3 nights and have a list of their "must dos" and FOP and Ohana are one of them and I could only get them both on the same night. Too risky?

You can actually use your 8:15PM FP at 8:10PM.

You should make 'Ohana just fine.
('Ohana seats late much of the time, anyway.)

BTW, I can't imagine eating that gigantic 'Ohana meal at 10PM!!
(It is delicious, but that is a lot of greasy food for so late at night.)

I thought it was 8:11 :rotfl2:
(Kinda serious, I thought it was 4min and have stood around waiting for that extra minute on the rides clock)

Oh, sure.
You laugh now.
Until someone gets poked in the eye by one of those flying grasshopper wings!!

I think you should be fine. I have almost the exact same situation. FP flight of passage at 5:15pm one night and dinner at 6:30PM, it was 6:45PM so same timeframe as you but I moved it even earlier to not waste the night. If you assume you get in line at 8:10, and allow 30 minutes for the whole thing, you should have no issue. Probably in your case wouldn't need an uber. I'll probably be taking one to to make my 6:30 Disney Springs Trex reservation.
