Going in October and I’m the only one who cares to ride FOP. Thinking of waking up early and going to ride it during EMH. Any ideas of wait times? My other option is to waste my FP that day to ride it while my family rides Slinky Dog without me.

Anywhere from 5 minutes to 105 minutes, depending on how early you are in relation to everyone else with the exact same plan. I wouldn’t call an FP on FOP a waste, it’s among the best uses of FP at WDW.
It depends on how early you're willing to get to the park. If you show up right when they open the park, the wait will be over an hour. If you get there 45 to 60 minutes early, it'll be basically a walk on
Another strategy is to get in line right before park closing time. We found the wait times then were exaggerated. We ended up being in line for about half of the posted wait time.

You will be there for EEMH so either 2 or 3 other parks will be open for EMH at the same time as AK, which is different than normal and will significantly shorten lines vs what’s been happening in EMH the last 2 years. I would get up early and ride at park open; I would be surprised if the wait gets much Beyond 45 minutes for anyone who rope drops it - get there at 6:15 or so and you might be out the door by 7:30. Then meet your family at HS.
