FOP Fastpass+ at 60 days

My nieces are flying in on day 1 of vacation at 9:10am, taking Magical Express to Pop Century and then we are meeting up and taking the bus to Animal Kingdom.

What time would be the earliest you would book a fastness + for FOP? I am not kidding myself that I will get a choice but would 11:00 be pushing it?

OR......if we don't get a FP+ - we have 6:10 Tusker House reservations...should we eat and then head over to FOP and miss Rivers of Light?

Yes, 11 would be pushing it. I would probably try for 12:30 at the earliest.
