Foot Pain Remedy?

I actually got this tip on the boards somewhere, but at the end of each night I lay on my bed upside down and scoot all the way to the wall and sit with my feet up on the wall for about 10 mins. or so. I think it seems to help.
This is a pose in my restorative yoga class and it has so many benefits. (I copied this from Healthline’s website.) It has become one of my favorites and is one I also practice at home.

  • balance blood pressure

Disney does not allow CBD products of any kind on their property.
I've stayed at WDW over 20 times and they have never gone through my suitcase looking at what medications I take. Is there a new inspection process where they are able to determine if you are carrying CBD products? I don't use it but many people do for pain, chemo side effects and more. Applied in your room, I cannot imagine how Disney would be aware.

I’m going to try the feeton the wall . Thanks

I will take pressure off my lower spine (tailbone ) by sitting on floor as close as I can to a couch and put my legs on the cushion so my bottom is as close as possible to the edge of couch or chair . My knees are bent and relax.
Lots of good advice to keep.
I have an old American Medical Association Medical Guide with all kinds of handwritten reminders and articles tucked inside.
This thread will be included !

I agree with much of what is said here already - socks, good shoes, rotating shoes, I put on the blister band aids each morning to prevent the blisters. Then every night, take a good ziplock bag to fill with ice, put it on a towel on the floor, and put my feet right on that ice bag. At least 30-40 minutes. Reduce the swelling. Good to go each morning!
Wonder if this might be better than the Ziplock bags? I don't have one, just saw it.

Believe it or not, my sister-in-law turned me on to this:o_O 👣 After a day at the parks, or any long walking adventures, put diaper cream, like Desitin, with zinc oxide on your feet before you get in bed. You are ready to go the next morning. :mickeyjum

My feet are typically killing me after walking all day in the parks. I have great socks and good footwear that I alternate on days so no issues with blisters, just general foot pain. What do you use to relieve your foot pain? I remember using a cream in the past but I can't remember what it was called. Help!
1). bring a pair of crocs with you and take off your socks/sneakers when eating and before entering a line, this will allow the blood to flow easier. Also, Put on the crocs just before it rains and put sneakers in a backpack (bring grocery store bag if you have them to keep them dry). Also do this for Splash Mountain and Kali Rapids.
2). Drink a lot of water and stay hydrated, take an advil (just one) every 3-4 miles of walking.
3). Buy a pump of BIOFREEZE and rub on feet when in pain. This with the drinking lots of water and advil will lessen (not end) but lesson pain.
I am not a doctor, this just works for me. we typically do 8-12 miles of walking per park day.
