FoodNetwork Question - Wheres the Ham???

Hey all - I was hoping someone on here could help me. This year I want to make a ham for Christmas dinner. I saw one on FoodNetwork, and I can't remember where it was from. It wasn't one someone made, it was from (I think) Unwraped, or a show like that. On the show, they went to the "ham factory" and they showed the worker putting the glaze on with a blow torch. If anyone knows what I'm talking about - ever had one?? How is it??

I believe the show that I saw showed the Honey Baked Ham store. Their hams are delicious but can be kind of pricey. Look for coupons in the paper or online. There is also a Heavenly Ham store in some places - same kind of ham.

Yep, it was Honey Baked Ham Co. I just watched the episode as I had DVR'd it.
