My 11yo son only eats certain foods. His food choices limit where the whole family can eat. Do I buy and Uncrustable from one place and bring it to where we would like to eat or do we just eat at the places that serve food he will eat? He will eat french fries and baked Tyson nuggets. He will eat pbj sandwiches, vanilla oreos, fruit loops without milk, fritos or tortilla chips, saltine crackers with pb, and cinnamon or honey teddy grahams. He only drinks water.

You can bring his food with you (well, with the exception of the French fries and chicken nuggets). Most of the things he eats are very specific and not likely to be found in restaurants.
I agree with the posters that I would bring his good with you and plan to eat where other members of your group want to eat.

You csn get French fries at many places, but they may be different then the type he likes. You csn get chicken nuggets in some places, but they may not be Tyson.

Any suggestions on keeping baked nuggets warm in the park all day?

Keeping chicken nuggets at a safe temperature in the parks would not be something I would try. And, the restaurants are not able to heat foods brought from outside, so you could not keep them cold and have the restaurant cook/what them.
I’d save those for meals outside the parks and only bring things to the park that can be held without heating or cooling.

I’ve used a thermos container to keep them warm enough for lunch at camp. Never had a problem with that, but have not tried longer than 4-5 hrs.

I would bring with me to the parks. 2 things to remember at buffets/all you can eat you will be charged full price for him even if you bring in his food. and second you will not be able to heat up food other than at baby centers. also if it has to only be Tyson nuggets I would not plan on him eating nuggets in park. even with asking they may not be able to tell you if they are Tyson. at the park I work at our nuggets come in plain brown bags in a plain brown box no brand name. and I would guess most nuggets are fried not baked in the parks

I would stick mainly with the pb&j (easy to carry with you) and french fries (easy to find). You can ask about the nuggets when you get there, but have a back up plan in case none of on site restaurants carry Tyson.
Our oldest was a very picky eater, too. For years we brought almost all his food with us to the parks. Food that had to be served hot was prepared and eaten at the hotel. If he ate dinner for breakfast, that was fine. Breakfast for dinner was fine, too. As long as it was a familiar, comforting food, he didn't seem to mind what time it was served. That made it easier to choose which foods we brought into the parks for him. Those things didn't need to be kept hot and could be safe all day in a lunch box type cooler. Thankfully, Disney and the CMs are very good at dealing with picky eaters -- no one ever gave us any trouble about bringing in food and many CMs were so helpful about encouraging oldest to eat something/anything. And bringing his food with us freed us to eat at places where everyone else could enjoy the meal. Oldest was just happy to be with family at Disney.
