We usually have dinner at the Weatherspoons in the South terminal as we stay at the Hilton.

Breakfast is either the buffet at the Hilton, Frankie & Bennies after security or in a lounge.

If you are staying at the Premier Inn they do a great meal deal for dinner and breakfast

I don't know about dinner as we usually grab something on the move but for breakfast the next day we usually pay to go into the Virgin Clubhouse and eat there.

It's not cheap to get in but once you are the food is free.

We had breakfast at Cafe Rouge (after security). It was just OK, so I wouldn't particularly recommend it.....
