Can you bring food and water in your back pack to Sea World?

This is what is posted on the Seaworld Orlando FAQ:

Restaurants and concession stands are located conveniently throughout the park. Large hard or soft coolers, glass containers, food, drinks and picnic lunches may not be taken into the park. Guests with special diets, baby formula or baby food may bring their items into the park.

Guests wanting to make seating arrangements to at Shark's Underwater Grill can do so by visiting the host/hostess stand in front of the restaurant on the day of their visit. Reservations can be made in person after 10 a.m. the day of your visit.
