Food & Wine Schedule Question

Usually Epcot's FW doesn't open until 11am, but will it open earlier for the Food & Wine festival? At least the booths or places to sign up for free seminars? I'll be coming through the Int'l Gateway. I've never done F&W before! Thanks!

NO, it opens at 11AM every day.

The free seminars are first come first seated. So a long line forms some minutes before each seminar.
