Food & Wine Festival - hours and logistics

It looks like we will be going to Epcot on the last day of the Food & Wine Festival and I need some help planning our day.

1. What hours is the festival "on"? Are the little booths open the same hours as the World Showcase (11 am to 9 pm)?

2. Has anyone been on the last day of the festival? Is it different from any other day of the festival? Will there be fewer offerings than during the earlier days of the festival?

3. Should I plan on making a meal out of festival food? I understand that the offerings are from $2 to $5 each. What do you get for your $2 to $5?

1) Yes, same hours but some of the booths will be slow to open.

2) I have, don't remember anything being out but I'm sure it's very possible.

3) I would say yes, if we are doing F & W we do not make any PS's.

I'm very jealous because we can't go this year but I hope you have a great time.
