In other news...

The other day we were in the kitchen. The light was reflecting off my boyfriend's watch and onto the floor...Bandit started going crazy trying to catch it! So cute. So yesterday we stopped by Staples and picked up a laser pointer. Hilarious:

We do this with Cookie all the time with a flashlight. She also goes "bonkers" if there is a sliver of light coming through the vertical blinds...she'll bark at it for hours if I don't fix the blinds.

My dog used to do the same thing. I guess he thought the light from the laser pointer was a bug and he used to try to bite and paw at the wall and floor to get it.

I really like the trails at AK, they are so beautiful! I think Flights of Wonder will be a nice addition too - I have yet to see it, but hear it's a great show.

Are you going to ride in a flying Dino?

It's really funny when we put it on top of his front paw. He tries to capture it under his paw

An Ultimate Touring Plan for AK would be funny!! I'm certain everything could be covered in a single day, 9-5. Getting all the shows in might be a bit tricky, but we've easily done 2 of 3 before, so I'm sure it can be done! Maybe even in a half day if you hurried???

Ahh I have been sooo behind!!

Just caught up (I think...it's so hard to when you miss like a week!) and I think your AK plans are great! I took my DBF to AK our first time because we're both huge animal lovers, and I think the little walks were the most enjoyable parts of the trip. There weren't that may kids, it was shaded for the most part, and the CMs know SO much about the animals they're working with. It's just amazing to think that WDW is home to so many beautiful creatures.

Loved the Bandit+laser video. TOO cute.

Can't wait to hear the rest of your plans!!

I'm looking forward to spending more time at the AK. I love the theming! Little Bandit (or Bandito Pequito as I've taken to calling him!) is getting a hair cut tomorrow, and then we're going to visit my Nana, she's very excited!

This past weekend we went to visit my Grandparents and brought the puppy. Of course I took pictures

Hi!!!

Just skimmed through all the previous posts! We're going at the same time as you! Sep 30- Oct 10! Maybe we'll run into each other!

I just wanted to comment on a few things since it seemed like we have a ton in common! First of all - regarding planning for the wedding before even getting a ring - that's not that awful...my (now) DH and I had put down a deposit & picked our date BEFORE he ever gave me my ring his parents were even there helping us choose the location. It was pretty funny!

Second, I'm so jealous that you live in the Finger Lakes region!! We visited last September for a week - rented a house on Seneca Lake so that our dogs could go swimming (have a lab/golden mix and a chihuahua/terrier mix). We had a BLAST - brought back over 8 cases of wine. It was awesome. Canandaigua was a beautiful town - Sonnenberg mansion was fun, and we enjoyed going around all the lakes. Definitely want to return, though we were surprised by all the menonites in between wine country...

Lastly, did you guys do the Give a Day thing? I ask because we did and plan to use the FP's. I wasn't sure about your current schedule as I think I read it a couple different times...sorry for not reading more closely. We did GAD and plan to use the FP's for 2 of our days, and would love to share with you guys if our planned days match up & you're interested
