Food & Wine DVC reservation question

We have booked the week prior to Columbus Day for years. This year trip startred on 9/29. At almost 9 months prior I couldn't book any BWV studio for all nights i needed, 2nd year in a row we've been shut out. fyi, at 7 month mark, no luck at BC either for a studio, although both did have a random day or two during the week........(snip)....

This may be the norm for the future. I think the popularity of renting are an increasing part of the reason. It seems that more and more renters are willing to book 11 months in advance to stay at the BWV or BCV. Ask the brokers - they will tell you that for WDW, BWV, BCV & BLT points are always in demand.

Also, anytime there is a marathon, it seems that the rooms book more quickly.

There was a 1/2 marathon run @ MGM this year which added to the mix

I hear you. We got our room. Had a problem booking online as there were problems with the site, but it did go through! Can't wait til next year-see you there!
