Does anyone have a list of Weight Watchers points for some restaurants at WDW?? :cheer2:

No they don't from what I know, but a good thing to do is bring low point snacks, eat fruit. Also you can count all the walking that you do as exercise which will give you extra points. And try and eat the healthier items on the menu.

I am on weight watchers and the restaraunts at Disney aren't listed in any of the books I have. Just remember veggies are very low in points..drink lots of water..and fish is usually low in points too.....plus all the walking you do at WDW will probably give you bonus points...

Many of my family members are or were on WW. What they generally do is not count while in WDW, but keep the basic principles, like sticking primarily to Core Plan foods, with controlled indulgences.

DH usually just goes for broke on vacation & makes up for it with exercise & being very careful on his points before & after the trip.

I plan on sticking to Core foods since estimating points will likely be difficult--but even sticking to Core seems like it might be rather difficult. Our leader suggested trying to maintain on vacation rather than losing so you don't feel deprived. The suggested way of doing this was to add 28 additional weekly allownce points on top of the usual 35--so you would have 63 total additonal points for the week on top of your usual Core routine or daily Flex points depending on which plan you use.
I've been reading all the menus on All Ears and worrying about this also. We are on the dining plan but I have my 2 year old sharing with me so I hope the smaller portion sizes will help balance things out. And don't forget all the activity points you earn walking around the park!!!
Hope this helps!

When I figured out how many points I was earning walking around, I decided not to worry about it. I just stuck to eating good foods when I was hungry, and had an occasional splurge item.

It took a long time for me break the habit of "cleaning my plate", but at Disney, I HAD to leave food behind. It was just too much!

I've been to WDW on WW twice and both times I just didn't count and ordered what I wanted (within reason). I maintained both times (if I hadn't been walking so much I'm sure I would have gained!).

Just go and be senseable and don't worry about it!

I totally agree. I just started WW the end of July, went to WDW the middle of August & I was very worried. Just use common sense, eat when you are hungry, dont go hog wild at the buffets, drink water. If I was hungry and wanted a mickey bar, I had one. Not everyday, but I never deprived myself, either. Just ate/snacked when I was hungry only.

I maintained and actually lost a bit (probably water) but got back on track as soon as I returned home. I lOVE weight watchers!

Happy planning!

I went on the free dining plan in September, and although I did not eat all of the food that was offered, I still ate A LOT! Did not even worry about the points and still lost a 1/2 pound that week. Just enjoy yourself!
