We were wondering if you can order food to go? I would love to stop by le cellier and get an order of bread, cheddar cheese soup and take it back to our villa. Anyone know?
Generally, TS restaurants don't do to-go. I have heard occasional reports that LeCellier will pack up some breadsticks and soup for you if they're not too busy.
But they really can't do takeout all the time, they're just not staffed for it.
Only takeout from Epcot, we have done was from the Kringle Bakery in Norway - school bread for next morning breakfast. I believe the French Bakery in France will also pack pasteries to go. But keep in mind the temperatures and wait until the last minute to get it and leave.
You used to be able to get takeout French Onion Soup and Escargot from Chefs de France; but now that the are so booked up with ADR's they are way too busy.
I've got one! It's not Le Cellier but at the Poly Kona has a sushi bar in the evenings and at that bar you are also allowed to order from the entire Kona menu and either for eating there or take away. This is something new and a review can be heard on the current Dis Unplugged podcast .
