there are so many good restaurants to try - three questions that would make my recommendations more suited to you would be: budget, children and transportation...these considerations can really make a difference in where you go-

if there are no restrictions, our family really enjoys:

BOMA - plenty of selection for every palate and a great hotel to walk around after dinner
California Grill - good food, upscale dining experience - very good pork tenderloin and flatbreads
Kona - always good food
Chefs de France - good food that is not too heavy
Tappanyaki - fun presentation and tasty Japanese food
The Grand Floridian Cafe - surprisingly good, basic food - pasta, steak, etc
The Yacht Club Galley - not great atmosphere but the food was well prepared

Earl of Sandwich - (Downtown Disney) - great sandwiches and soup - very reasonably priced
Wolfgang Puck Express - (Downtown Disney) - able to get good food at a very reasonable price
Yakitori House - good lunch spot
Columbia House - good tuna sandwiches and soups

Off site we really like Seasons 52 and Tchoup Tchoup

have a wonderful time!

You will probably get a lot of different opinions here. But honestly there are so many great places to choose from. I would check out the menus at allears to see what appeals to you. I recommend at least one character meal. They are so much fun and really get you in the "Disney" mood. I like Chef Mickeys at the CR, especially the first night. Another favorite is dinner at "ohana in the Poly. Not a character meal but the food and atmosphere can't be beat. I also like Sci-Fi Dine In at MGM. My favorite counter service is Tusker House in AK. Pecos Bill and Cosmic Rays in MK are good as well.

If you want a princess meal I think I would go with Askershus in Norway at EPCOT or 1900 Park Faire at GF. But then again CRT in MK is always a magical, but expensive, experienceprincess:

Have fun planning!
Terri
