Food sent to villa?

We are flying to disney and would like to have a couple of boxes of food checked ( like luggage). Have you ever sent food like this? What have you sent? We will be there for 3 weeks. TIA

Some people ship items, others use a food buying service and have it delivered, we prefer to rent a car for a day and do our own shopping.

While waiting for luggage in Hawaii, several times I have seen coolers on the carousel. Usually the lid is taped well. I'm sure if it is within weight limits it is fine.
