Food Processor...do you own one?

Ok, so I looked at my book.

It says to grind the meat, fat, salt, pink salt, and ice though the grinder on the smalled die.

Then add the conr syrup, dextrose, spices and mic with the paddle attachment on high for 5 to 6 minutes.

I'm thinking that the food processor will give you an incredibly meally hot dog that your not going to enjoy very much.

I can't remember ever not having one! We use ours mostly for making Hummus, shredding cheese, making slaw, and breadcrumbs.

I have a tiny Cuisinart and use it for the sole purpose of grinding Oreos to make Oreo Balls. Yum!

Those things are the most addicting rich things to give out at Christmas.....
