We are going to cruise on the Disney Dream for the first Disney cruise ever, in 2 weeks! What are some of the food favorites? Best place for breakfast, lunch?
Cabanas is open on the last day before debarkation, just with limited choices. I don't think it is "advertised" in the Welcome Home letter, but it is open. There are many threads here on the boards that confirm this.

It was closed on ours, but good to know that it is sometimes open.
I'll be honest, Cabanas was quite honestly one of our favorite things on the cruise. My wife's parents joined us on our first cruise and my father in law kept calling it Carabas so that's what stuck for us lol But sitting outside on the rear deck, enjoying breakfast while the ship backs into port is just an awesome view and an amazing experience. I highly recommend sitting on the outside deck!
If you're not in the mood for a buffet, we enjoyed the full service breakfast at Royal Palace. Eggs Benedict and omelets were very good.We are going to cruise on the Disney Dream for the first Disney cruise ever, in 2 weeks! What are some of the food favorites? Best place for breakfast, lunch?
Are the Mickey waffles in Cabanas buffet, or Enchanted Garden? Our favorite place for breakfast was Enchanted Garden. Buffet for delicious things like Mickey waffles but table service for drinks and omelets.
Mickey Bars are my very favorite onboard treat.
This post is great and making me hungry!!
