Food expiration date question

Does anyone have any experience with expiration dates on refrigerated (canned pilsbury-style) cinnamon rolls? I found a tube of them, but the expiration date is Oct 31 ... do you think it'd be safe to eat them (they do have to be baked, so I'm thinking the baking would probably kill any nasty stuff, as long as the dough's not already green when I open the tube)

Thoughts?

(edit to add: The can is unopened, it's been in the fridge the entire time, and the fridge is set slightly colder than usual)

they are fine, I use them after the date all the time and while they may not bake as high as normal, they will taste fine.

Yes they are fine as long as the can has not popped open any.
