Food delivery at DLR?

We are going to be at DLR for NYE next week (staying at the GC in a room w/DTD view so we can watch the fireworks from our room). Since we have some friends joining us in our room, I'd like to order up some HOD's/dessert. HOWEVER... I don't want to rely on room service for this since they never answer the phones over there (we've stayed there twice before and it's always the same... can't get them on the phone.) Sooooo.... has anyone had any success in ordering food to be delivered to their room at the GC? Do you have the name of the restaurant?
