Do your kids like yogurt? How about instant oatmeal? You can use the coffee maker to heat the water! We also got bananas, apples and grapes to munch on for breakfast or as snacks.

The reason I preferred Gooding's over wegoshop or gardengrocer was scheduling and wasting time waiting around the room. From what I understand about wegoshop and gardengrocer, you have to schedule a delivery and be present for it. When you get a delivery from Gooding's, you never see the Gooding's delivery person. They deliver to your resort's Bell Services (BS), and BS delivers to you. If you're not in, NO PROBLEM! BS leaves you a message, and you call them back when you're good and ready. They store your groceries for you, and even keep the cold stuff cold (Gooding's separately bags and labels the cold stuff). VERY convenient!

Gooding's is an actual supermarket. Their website has a limited selection, but you can order anything they stock on their shelves. Be as specific as you can be about brands and sizes -- that actually makes it easier for them to shop for you! I assume it's the same way with the other two delivery services. About half my order was stuff that wasn't on their website. I e-mailed a "special order" list in advance, and got a call back from a real person who helped me through what they carried and what they didn't, and together we decided what exactly I would order.

By the way, I brought cups, plastic bowls, napkins and plastic utensils from home -- I figured they were LIGHTWEIGHT, unbreakable, and wouldn't leak in my luggage!

I know if you have any questions Gooding's can answer them for you on the phone, and I imagine the others can, as well.

I assume you are staying on site. I think my only concern would be the fridge size and the number of perishable items.

I know what you're saying, but we were on-site and had delivered and kept in the little dorm fridge: half-gallon milk, half-gallon OJ, cream cheese, deli American cheese, deli turkey breast, yogurt, grapes, and maybe 3 or 4 16.9 oz. bottles of water.

I would add fresh fruit.

I'm planning to use wegoshop or gardengrocer during out next trip.

My son loves fresh fruit so I'm planning to add a few (seedless grapes, strawberries, oranges, apples, and cantaloupe) to our list.

We've never had to wait for our food they have always been there when we arrived at hotel from the airport. There are new owners from the last time we went so I am hoping the service is just as good.

**we always get some sandwich baggies to for bringing snacks into the park

I have never heard of this before so this might be a dumb question but..Disney doesn't care if you do this? Can someone give me the sites?
Thanks :)

www.netgrocer.com (this one for non-perishables only!)

Disney must be cool with the food deliveries. They don't have to let anyone onto their property if they don't want to, let alone their cozy relationship with Gooding's, where Gooding's delivers to Bell Services and then a Bell Services CM delivers to you.

You're also allowed to bring ANY FOOD AND DRINK into the parks. Just no glass (except baby food jars), no alcohol and no hard-sided coolers.

Speaking of no alcohol -- Gooding's can't deliver alcohol, but I know wegoshop can and I would assume gardengrocer can as well but I'm not sure. I'd assume netgrocer can't ship alcohol but I could be wrong.

wegoshop used to deliver to bell services if you paid in advance by CC. don't know if they still do though

we used wegoshop and it was great...i had a full day planned and requested a very early delivery at 7am so we do EMH and she was right there on time and so friendly...this is the only way for me from now on...
when i looked at the prices i was charged to what goodings wanted, it was cheaper too!! marge was so helpful too...
