I believe Pop is open until midnight, at least until 11pm. I'm not much of an early riser so i don't recall when it opens but it should be between 6 and 7 to get the breakfast crowd before EMH. POP's the only place I've really stayed so I'm not sure about the rest.
I have to give a big thumbs upto the Values foodcourts both selection and quality of items! we've been going to WDW since the DS and DD were little and being able to let them go crazy and pick their own meals was fantastic! they (and you) can have a little of everything and try new things. DS loves their chicken parmesan and can't really tell much difference between that and the one at other TS; and DH and I rave over their make-it-your-way taco shell salads. my favorite is taking my breakfast poolside each morning (something I NEVER get to do at home)--certain to include one of the fab chocolate croissants! sometimes the food court arrangement may trigger a perception of lower quality food--not so my friend. Relax and enjoy a few meals there during your trip
I agree.... All star sports had some great stuff when we stayed there. I liked them better than pop century. Toss up between it and the pepper market at coronado, just because of the difference in experiences, but for good food fast, all star sports rocks.
Going to carribbean beach soon... will relay my experience there. I havent done CB since 1998.
