Everyone may already know this, but just in case (I'm new to the boards). I stayed at the POP in May and happened to be in the food court at 6pm. At 6pm, ALL of the workers go to the middle of the food court and dance THE HUSTLE! It was so fun, even some of the guests jumped in and danced with them. If you can, show up at 6pm atleast once and check it out. They may also do it at lunch time or breakfast, but I didn't see it while I was there. It was funny seeing 15 or 20 chefs, cashiers, etc. dance all together.
