Are there ethnic food carts around Epcot's World Showcase? Something similar to the corn dog, popcorn, or ice cream carts they have in other parks, but playing in to the World theme? Hoping to find some quick food/snack options with relatively shorter lines than what you would find at quick service.

Some of our favorites are:

Mexico - churros
Norway - lefse
Germany - anything from the caramel shop
Japan - Kaki Gori
France - anything from the bakery, crepes from the crepe stand

Italy has a gelato stand, and I remember getting kaki gori (shaved ice) from a stand in Japan. Also there is a stand in china with very good tea slushes and they had a few snacks as well.

The shops in the different countries also carry packaged candy from the respective country. If you're looking for something like that, the lines are much shorter than CS, or maybe no line at all!

There are quite a few smaller stands and kiosks in the WS.

France - Les Halles (anything! it's worth the line)
Japan - Kaki Gori ice
America - Funnel Cake stand, Fife & Drum (turkey leg)
Italy - Gelato/dessert stand (tiramisu, cannoli)
Germany - Sommerfest (bratwurst, desserts)
China - Tea Stand (caramel ginger ice cream)
Norway - Kringla (cloudberry horn, schoolbread - also worth the line)
UK - R&C Pub (small menu but it includes the Scotch Egg)

Tutto Gusto has small plates or you can order from the Tutto Italia menu

All above are great options pretty much year round. When are you going to be in Epcot? The food & wine festival runs from 9/27 to 11/11 this year. You will only have about 25 different kiosks to choose from then. :) We typically make a lunch out of 3 or 4 choices as we wonder around the world.

I'll be there during Christmas week. Hoping to go to Wine and Dine in 2014 though!!! :)

Just FYI, a lot of those aren't really carts though. For example Kringla in Norway is a little shop, and Sommerfest in Germany is inside the Germany pavilion, to the right of the Biergarten entrance. Tutto Gusto is inside a building with open seating, definitely not a cart. The Pub in UK is an actual indoor pub, and definitely not a very quick, IMO. We wait a long time to be served when we go in there. Even though it's good and we love it. But not quick. So these spots are really more like Quick Service than carts. Although there are a few carts.

Just as a clarification, so you aren't standing there looking for these places to be carts. :)

Not sure if you already know about the Disney Food Blog website. It is very informative. I enjoy learning about different options there:)
