What time do the food booths open for the day? I'm trying to decide if I want to do mornings at Epcot, graze for lunch, and hop at 2pm or do other parks during the day and hop to Epcot to graze at F&W for the evening.

Typically, 11 am.

Usually 11am unless other wise mention. Hit the popular ones first because it doesn't take long for those lines to get long.

Avoid Friday nights & all day Saturday if you can. Sunday it's usually crowded during the day and can stay busy into the evening. The concerts draw a lot of people so it can stay really crowded on that side of World Showcase. The other days of the week it can go either way. I think it seems busier a lot in the evenings because it gets cooler once the sun goes down so more comfortable.
