I didn't put it on my TR, only FB. I got to ride it during the Previews last weekend. It was SUPER COOL! Some imagineers talked about the ride before we got to go on it and they said it was really fun to update it because they included technology that wasn't available when the ride opened on this update!

I absolutely loved staying, literally, right next door to the MK. Location was perfect!

I need to tell you, Calvin's shirt that you got him is getting a LOT of wear in it! He looks so cute in it, it seems as soon as I put it in the wash, i'll take it directly out of the dryer to put it on him!

Thanks! Sometimes doing all the Mountains is tough, especially with a little one in tow, but we did it!

I think we were even happier that we had a whole monorail car to ourselves! Love when that happens.

A few things before my update:

1) I haven't updated on my brother and sil lately but she is now 18 weeks and healthy. When I first told you guys about the pregnancy, she was having twins. Turned out, the technician had read the ultrasound wrong (I guess?) and there was only one heartbeat. So I guess there was never two babies, just one...still a little confused on that but the baby is healthy and so is my sil, so that's all that matters now.

Anyways, last week they found out the gender and has us all over to surprise us with what they were having. I was thinking girl the entire time so when I entered their house, everything was decorated in BLUE!!! Another little boy running around soon! I was totally shocked and happy! I'm very excited that Calvin will have a little boy cousin to terrorize later on

2) Last week I received a booklet in the mail with our upcoming (still 10 months away but excited to get Disney mail!) trip. And a very handy magnet was included with date reminders of when to make dining reservations and FP+ reservations. That's helpful since I'm always forgetting when I can do that.

Alright time for another update!

Not sure why I didn’t take room photos first, but I’m going in the order I took them. Our room view straight down

I had requested a room on a high floor, with an even number. I had gotten a high room, but an odd number. Knowing that, I knew we wouldn’t be getting an MK view, but that’s okay, and I’d find out later that it was definitely okay.

Our patio was surprisingly big



Now onto the Studio









I really enjoyed the kitchenette area. There was lots of space.







Someone needed to get out of the stroller and get some floor exercise in



While I was taking photos of the room, DH called BS for our luggage and they come up shortly after the call which was great, because we needed to start getting ready for our dinner at 6:15. Unfortunately, this is where it started to go a little bit downhill for DM. She started feeling like she was getting a cold so I went across the bridge to the store at the Contemporary to buy some medicine. I told her she didn’t have to come to dinner but she really wanted to. We all went downstairs a little after 5:45 to take the boat across to the WL









The water was choppy and the sky was getting dark



But someone didn’t care. He was content playing with his new ‘Cubby’ from Jake and the Neverland Pirates that DM bought him while at MK earlier.







A boat arrived and off we headed to the Wilderness Lodge!

I'm glad your SIL's pregnancy is progressing well, although I've never heard of a sonagrapher mis-counting the number of heartbeats before. The baby is healthy so that's all that matters. Yay another boy for Calvin to play with!

The room looks nice. I've never been on the inside of the "C" before. I was always afraid of people on the other side looking in the room from across the way. It looks like you didn't have anyone across from you. I hope your mom is OK.

I'm pretty sure the Mayor was saying, 'hey sweetie, come on over here!' I can't imagine how a cute young think like you would have gotten past him on Main Street!

I love BoG's theming! So amazing! I need to try lunch since I've only had dinner (slightly disappointing but I'll go again no doubt!)

Ahhh baby's first ice-cream was a MK - that's awesome!

I LOVE BLT as you probably know. I think I'm drawn to the view first as well. If I look at my photos it is usually the room number and then the view from the window. Great view of the pool area and the lake.

What great news about your SIL's pregnancy. Glad everything is going well and you will be an aunt to a nephew! Even thought they are not having twins I'm sure they are pretty excited to have everything go well. Celebrate the blue! (I did that 3 times before I got pink!)

BLT looks awesome. It is kind of cool that even though you don't have an MK theme park view, you kind of have an EPCOT theme park view.

I am glad to hear your SIL's pregnancy is progressing normally. Sometime with the early ultrasounds the count the sacs and sometimes think there is more than one sac early on. Maybe that's what happened.

Gorgeous room view! Just stunning. I agree that the balconies are surprisingly big while the room is on the small side. The last time I stayed there was before they remodeled the studio. I would like to stay there again with the changes. It's the only DVC resort of the east coast that Denny hasn't stayed in yet.

Hope you mom isn't getting really sick.

It was definitely a trip with lots of firsts! It's almost like our last trip - TONS of firsts and it keeps it exciting! Next trip too, will be a few firsts...DH's mom and dad will be there first time so it will be fun.

Have you stayed in every DVC resort already?! I'll get there one day! I think it will be hard for us to get to Key West though. DH isn't at all interested in it, but i'm determined!

Sorry it's been a while! We're leaving for Las Vegas on Friday and i've been working out a bit to get ready for it, in case we decide to hit the pool. I've lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks so i'm pretty happy about that

I'll be around to catch up on my threads and i'm hoping to get an update in before Friday
