I haven't gone this year yet (will be going VERY soon...wooo), but I remember from last year these two dishes were DELICIOUS and among the best I tried. The Australian lamb was awesome too. I really wasn't let down by anything I had, but Canada and Australia had some of the most memorable.

I plan to do a longer post, but I think my favorite item was the potstickers from China. I think DH and I tried something to eat from every booth. I did not like the spring roll from Singapore. We liked everything else!
