Food and Wine Re-con Needed

Coming down for Food and Wine in September with Free Dining. Between the wife and I, we'll have several QS meals banked that we use for Food and Wine, but the caveat is if that you use a QS meal, you have to use them all at the same kiosk. Several years ago I tried using all my 3 credits for my QS meal in Italy and they said they wouldn't take it. I guess there is now way of knowing whether or not a certain kiosk participates....assuming Italy was an exception, but has anyone had any other kiosk not cash in a QS for 3 snacks? So this question/request is anybody that goes early...first three weeks and comes across, I would love the re-con! TIA!!

You may want to keep an eye on the Dining Plan sub-forum. There are a couple threads over there asking about the same thing, so there may be a report there before one comes along here in the regular Restaurant forum.
