They are different each day, but here's a couple of sample's from last year.
1) Pan-seared Salmon Filet
w/baby artichokes, roasted garlic, fresh lemon & Artichoke
bottoms tossed w/extra virgin olive oil
Grilled Ahi Tuna
Served w/Porcini Mushrooms, Grilled Asparagus, in a fresh
herb butter w/shaved parmesan
Roasted Vegetable Galette
W/roasted roam tomatoes, shallots, fingerling potatoes,
calamata olives, fresh thyme and extra virgin olive oil
Poached Pears
Served with a honey marscapone cheese and cranberry
spiced pear sauce.
The Wine at this pairing was from the Masi Winery and we really enjoyed it.
2) Warm Lobster Salad
over Root Vegetables
Pan Seared Sea Bass
Served w/ginger, white rice and lemon broth
Seared Lamb
Served w/roasted garlic mashed potatoes
Assorted Cheeses
Smoked gouda, gorgonzola and dubliner
The wine was from the Fess Parker Winery.
We enjoyed both meals immensely and plan to attend all the food and wine pairings that we can fit in during this years trip.
