Food and Wine Festival at EPCOT questions

Are all of the food/wine Kiosk located in one specific area?
Are there places to sit, hopefully shaded, while eating/drinking? and
Do the Kiosk serve food/wine from Park opening to Park close?

*The kiosks are spread around the entire World Showcase.
*There is not a whole lot of shaded areas in WS. There are tables placed around, but most of them are tall tables with no chairs. You can usually find a spot on a wall or bench if you want to sit on a day that it isn't crazy crowded.
*The kiosks are open when WS is open - they open at 11 and usually closes at the start of Illuminations.

Are all of the food/wine Kiosk located in one specific area? No they are individual themed booths set up in certain spots in Future World and all around World Showcase
Are there places to sit, hopefully shaded, while eating/drinking? No. No place to sit. Some - but never enough- standing tables. Some shaded most not and
Do the Kiosk serve food/wine from Park opening to Park close? From 11 AM to the start of Illuminations

There was a little seating area for the Brazil kiosk last year. It was adorable. It had tables and chairs and lights strung over it. Really cute and the pork belly from the kiosk was to-die-for. I liked the caipirinha too.

The Festival food Kiosks are not open during Extra Magic Hours. They shut down at regular park closing time 9PM.
