Food and wine fest

We are planning to go to the food and wine fest on monday Columbus Day. I wasn't even thinking about it being Columbus Day. We are planning on spending the day in WS. Is this going to be crazy crowded? I am hoping food lines are not 20-30 minutes each.

It was very busy 2 years ago on Columbus day with waits approaching those times and more. Wasnt there last year on Columbus day so I cant speak to it. The good news is at least the marathon is not on the same weekend as Columbus day.

Maybe we should switch days. We have Wednesday open but that is supposed to be a second park day for whichever park we want more time at. If. We move that to Monday then that limits our choices. Hmmmm

You will have much longer waits for food on Monday then on Wednesday but it depends on what you are looking for in the day. If you are going early in the day for lunch you will not feel the difference quite as much as later in the day when everything will get more crowded as locals arrive. That Monday will basically be a weekend day rather than a weekday.
