Food and Wine Booth Hours?

Can anyone tell me if the Food and Wine booths are open during EMHs at night?

I know that people typicaly say to stay away from F&W on the weekends, but we are going to be there on Halloween and we're hoping that maybe Floridians will be staying home that night...

Some booths say they will stay open until 10pm during EMH, but basically everything shuts down when the World Showcase closes at 9pm.
