Food and Wine - Booking something special?

Hi.
I will be at Disney September 20-28, which happens to be during F&W.
Although I know there are kiosks set up around the country for food/wine to be purchased, are there any special events that can be booked?
We are there for 8 nights and always looking to do something that we haven't experienced before. I was wondering if there are special dinners or other things that get planned during F&W (Never been during this time).
I have looked on Disney's site but do not see anything "speical" other than walking around the countries and buying food/wine.

That is because none of it is out yet.

There is a good overview of the 2013 festival offerings on www.disneyfoodblog.com and I think she has a link to it right on the opening page. But you'll have to wait a bit to see what comes out for 2014.
