can you use snack credits from the dining plan to get food at the food and wine festival booths?

When we checked in last October, they gave us an "add on" to the Dining Brochure stating that the Food and Wine offerings would accept CS credits. At each booth there was a "DP" symbol next to offerings on the plan, indicating that they were included. I do not remember anything not being included (Food Only, beverages were not included). We did pay attention to what we used our credits for, as the food offerings "cost" varied. We used the Snack credits on the more expensive offerings and paid OOP for the cheaper ones.
It was a wonderful surprise that we used to the fullest!!!!!
