My husband and I are taking our 3 year old to EPCOT's food and wine festival later this month. She has food allergies, so I'm afraid the experience is going to be a little taxing on her, since she's going to want to sample everything mom and dad are eating, but it would be too dangerous to allow, not to mention she'll want to drink the wine and beer too!

We have a dining reservation at Le Cellier at 5:50PM. Table service is our best bet to ensure safe food.

Has anyone else done F&W with a preschooler? Any advice? Will we be too full from food sampling to make a trip to Le Cellier worth it? Will Le Cellier be just too much for a 3 year old to handle?

I realize this is a cross post between family, food allergies, F&W, restaurants...sorry for any faux pas, but I thought advice from parents of 3 years old would be the best fit :-)

Thanks!

My DD is 3 and had lots of food allergies, we live near WDW and she has been to the F&W event several times each year.
She knows that she can't eat what her daddy eats and its never been a problem.

If you intend to try a lot of samples I would not bother with Le Cellier, but if you want a family meal its your only option.

When you go to each food stop ask for the allergies / ingredient book, you never know there my be something she can eat. We did this and my DD can eat a maple lolly!!!
