Food and Shopping gift cards?

I sawthese mentioned in the All Ears newsletter. They are a gift card that can be purchased at various places around WDW. What I want to know is if they can somehow be purchased BEFORE we get there.....by mail, phone, internet, etc. My DD's birthday is October 3rd and we leave for WDW on October 6th. I want her to be able to purchase a Pal Mickey for herself. (I already showed her a Pal Mickey on the Pal Mickey website and she thought he was cool!) I don't really want to give her more Disney Dollars since she is already earning those as her allowance. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Kathy

You could probably call Disney Merchandising to get one. They are not sold anywhere outside of WDW.
