Hi!

Can anyone tell me about child prices with regards to Wishes food and beverage minimums? We will have about 18 guests, 6 of which will be children (aged from 4 years to 15 years). Will they pay the full amount (i.e: $75 per person for a morning reception/ $100 per person for lunch etc)? Thanks! xx :)

I believe children can eat from the kids menu that disney provides. And it is significantly less $

I was wondering how it would be handled for a buffet... we haven't decided yet whether or not we will invite kids but we will more than likely do a buffet.

Our Beo states:

28 Custom Buffets @ $70 guest
10 Custom Buffet- kids @ $70 guest

Children don't have to meet the overall per-person food and beverage minimums ($75/$100/$125) required for a Wishes wedding because they can't drink alcohol.

However, the price you pay for their actual meals depends on whether they will be eating what the adults eat or having a kids menu. If you're serving a $58 plated lunch and not offering a kids meal, you'll be charged $58 each. But you can always serve them the kids meal (usually around $25) instead to save money.

Thanks, that's a great help! :thumbsup2

LurkyLoo, you say that under 21 don't have to met minimums, but if we aren't having wine or beer then it doesn't matter?? I am confused!! :confused3

It doesn't matter what your situation is, the policy is the same for all events: You don't have to meet the $75/$100/$125 minimum for guests under age 21. :thumbsup2

I was just explaining one of the reasons for the policy - another factor is that kids just don't eat that much.
