We just returned from the Nick Hotel and US/IOA. My son has a severe peanut allergy. Just wanted to let everyone know that the staff at the Nick Hotel was extremely helpful. Just like at Disney the chef comes out and talks to you and explains everything. At one buffet they recommended he not eat the desserts, but offered to get him something from another restaurant. We just did counter service at US/IOA and was able to ask about ingredients and get answers.
