My daughter and I both have food allergies. How do they make accommodations for food allergies in DLP? TIA

Not well. It's not like the US parks at all. I believe they have some prepackaged allergy free food that they use, of course it would depend on what your allergies are. I just ended up not saying anything and avoiding things I couldn't eat so I didn't have to deal with explaining it. I ate a lot of salads from Earl of Sandwich.

Thank you. The website is kind of vague. At least we know what to stay away from. It looks like we can get fresh fruit. salads and grilled protein.

My daughter has multiple good allergies too. I'm quite nervous about visiting Paris. Instead of a Disney resort, I'm now looking at Air BnB or suite with kitchen. Does DLP allow outside food like WDW?

Yes you can take your own food in as long as its not in a massive cooler/picnic box and doesn't include glass or knives

Is it still possible to view ingredients lists at food stands the way you can in the US Disney parks? If so, are they available in English, or will I need to memorize the French words for foods I cannot eat?

Also, I apologize if this is too far off the original topic, but is it true that high fructose corn syrup is not used as a common sweetener in France? I have a corn intolerance that reacts especially badly to HFCS and I'm used to having to check ingredients on anything sweetened here in the states; how much of a concern will that be over there?

I do not believe they have ingredient lists.

Hi
My son is lactose intolerant (so not allergic thank goodness because they aren't great).
We've had missed experiences at DLP.
Counter service places aren't helpful at all and can't adapt anything so you have to choose very carefully.
All the sit down restaurants we went to were much better. They will adapt things and Blue Lagoon cooked him a plain steak and chips.
Annette's dinner let us look through the list of ingredients book. I think all the restaurants should have this though they are not usually keen to share it.
Last time there we had a bad experience in blue lagoon where they insisted that the potato hash browns were milk free (I triple checked because they aren't usually) and clearly they weren't as my some was not well almost immediately. (We got the meal free)
If you're staying at a Disney hotel or doing a character breakfast then ask for the special basket of food. It contains cakes, breads and biscuits that are free from a lot of the common allergy items. We took extra to eat later as there are no snacks in the park that were suitable - and the staff didn't mind.
I also emailed ahead and there was a copy of the allergy leaflet waiting for us at check in.
Every restaurant has a specially prepared meal but it appears to be a basic frozen meal and didn't look good so we never tried it.
Hope that helps.
Sadly it will be a struggle but I'm sure you'll be fine.
