Food Allergies and Counter Service

Does anyone know if it is possible to find out how the food at some of the counter service places is prepared? DD7 has an allergy to eggs and I'm trying to find out whether some of the chicken strips/nuggets that are sold are prepared with or without eggs. This will really help with choosing where she can eat and where she can't eat (as she and DD9 are already picky eaters!).

Email Brenda Bennett (brenda.bennett@disney.com) and let her know your child's allergies. She'll email you a list of counter service and snack foods with ingredient info. We contacted her before our trip and it was very helpful in planning what and where to eat.
