Following the iPhone Apps thread, iPhone holders? Anyone have one that works for them

So I had a Blackjack that fit nicely in one of these, hanging from the lanyard/ropey thing the crocs-o-dial comes with.

My new iPhone doesn't fit well and I need to find a new case. Can anybody help? Here's my criteria: Can't pull down my pants (so clip on belt type = not so good), must be able to wear it with dresses as I teach and sometimes wear dresses (so around my neck or something?). Must wear it every day, all day (I teach special ed and am on call for crisis situations w/kids with emotional behavioral - violent, etc). Any ideas?
