I previously posted concerning my VERY NOISY Room #2633 experience on the 9/8/02 Wonder Cruise (link below).
In follow-up, I recieved a response from DCL today and must give DCL its due
Immediately upon returning home from the cruise, I wrote a very detailed letter concerning the noises/vibrations experienced in the room and the impact that the noise and sleepless nights had on me. DCL's reponse addressed specific information noted in my letter, and, included a coupon for a 25% discount to be used on a future cruise. It was nice to see that DCL took my concerns seriously and made the effort to rectify the situation. (Please Note: the noise issues were legitimate, they had been documented at Guest Services during the cruise and my letter contained well-detailed facts that could be backed-up by Guest Services. I don't think DCL sends discounts out that freely, but it was certainly refreshing to see DCL extend itself in this manner.)
