Fold up car seat from one step ahead

Has anybody tried the fold up car seat from one steap ahead? It is cloth and fits in the diaper bag. I was thinking this would be perfect to take and pack in the luggage. Will a 2 almost 3 year old need a car seat on the plane?

Thanks! I knew I saw that thread around but couldn't find it. I don't know now. I was hoping it would get great reviews. I will be traveling alone with 3 kids and was really hoping not to have to lug a big seat since my 2 year old is a great big giant handful and I'll need my extra hands for her.
Now I'll have to really think about it considering I'll be on the roads alot travelling through Florida. If it was to Disney and back to the airport I would do it for that short trip.

if you have the $$, get a cosco touriva for flying. i have one and love it, very very light, have a narrow footprint and are easy to install.
