Foiled by the MDE App!!!

FINALLY found an Akershus ADR for the morning I've been searching for. Went to book it and it conflicted with the Plan B ADR I had already made. Of course the app fails and won't let me cancel the first one online in order to make the one I actually want...tells me I must call to cancel. So of course while I'm waiting on hold and trying to get a live person I'm frantically trying to see if I can make it work on the website. Of course...it's gone .

And people laugh at me because I prefer to make my ADRs by phone from the get go.

Stop using the app to do anything except checking for wait times when you're actually in the park.

Use the website.

Try looking again exactly one hour from the time you lost it. It will most likely be back. I've had that happen to me numerous times and it always shows back up in an hour.

I've noticed that, too. Happened with a BOG dinner. Apparently, once you try to book it and the app fails, it holds the ADR for about an hour. I was able to book the same time slot at BOG on my computer about an hour after the app failed to book it.
