focusing a blurry photo?

I *may* have asked this before, but is there any way to sharpen up a photo where you focused on the wrong thing...say the camera focused on something in the background rather than the 2 people in the foreground you were taking the pic of? I have cs2...

there is a program called focus magic that can fix some issues but not if they are totally out of focus, just kind of cleans it up some but more than the sharpeners with some software does... http://www.focusmagic.com/ it had a demo last i looked
