Hi,

My DH is wanting to visit Flynn's arcade while we're in DCA. Can you tell me if it's token based game play. If so, how much are the tokens, i.e. 4 for a dollar, etc.

Also, how much do the games cost? Thanks for any info. My husband is a big arcade fan. So much so that he buys and fixes non-working arcade machines as a hobby. He's really looking forward to visiting Flynn's.

We went there last summer. It was fun to walk in to an arcade from the 80's with the music playing. Just like being a teenager again! :goodvibes They have tokens 4 for a dollar. My DH played some games, and I kept one token because it says Flynn's on it. The games were one token each. There may have been a couple that were several, but most were one.

If your husband is a fan of classic video games, he should attend California Extreme.
Short notice for this year, but it's an annual event :thumbsup2

My DH is hoping to take a lot of them home. I guess that's why he wanted to know the price. He wants to make the tokens work with his arcade machines.

For the most it is a 25 cent token.

When you get FPs in DCA you may get a bonus ticket which you can exchange for one Flynn's token.

Here is a post with some pictures inside Flynn's.

That's so cool about the FP machines. You learn something new everyday on the DIS!!
