Flying with Delta question

Would like to book my November flight with Delta....but should I be worried about booking with them because of rumours of bankruptcy, etc? Or has this all be settled now?

All contracts have been agreed to and signed. Still in bankruptcy court but many, many airlines have been in this situation and are fine today. I have Delta booked for Oct and am not worried at all.
