If you are flying JetBlue out of MCO, it is recommended you get to the airport 3 hours ahead of your flight because of construction. Does anyone know if ME as been picking people up at the resorts 4 hours ahead of your flight to accommodate this?

I recently flew JetBlue last month, and was picked up the usual 3 hours ahead of time. There is only one tram going back and forth to the terminals.

Did you feel rushed? Did you have ample time to get to the terminal, security and eat some lunch?

You can call DME and request an earlier pick up time if you want to be at the airport three hours before departure.

I think I will do that. My son needs to have a pat down because he wears an insulin pump so that always adds on time for us. I don't want to be stressed.

That forum does not get enough traffic. A lot of people at the resorts use ME.
It gets traffic. Ask this n there. You'll get responses from experienced and knowledgeable people. jetBlue's concern and suggestion is because if the one currently running tram stops for any reason, passengers will need to be bused from the main terminal. I'm a little surprised that other airlines using those gates haven't made the same suggestions to their passengers.

We flew 7/13-15 and didn't have any problems. The ME only drops off on one side now. The airport is a big H so you have to walk across to the other side for A but that doesn't take but a few mins. There was only one tram but wasnt a big deal. We do send our luggage with airline check in desk at the resort. They close at 12p now not 1P like they used to.

Thank you for this information!

Thanks!!! I have to agree...any kind of transportation question is really better off over on the Transportation board. There is plenty of traffic there, with incredibly accurate info.
