Flying into Sanford

if flying into Sanford can you take a taxi to MCO and still utilize the ME if staying at a Disney Resort or do you have to fly into MCO? Like the no layover flights into Sanford with small children. Or what is the cheapest way to get from Sanford to Disney resort?

Hi! It doesn’t matter how you get to MCO; if you have a valid resort reservation, you can ride DME to/from MCO.

Did you compare the price of taxi from Sanford to MCO versus taxi from Sanford to your Disney resort? I'm not sure how much you would save, and I would think it would be tiring.

How small are your small children? Will they need car seats?

Cheapest is to rent a car and drive from Sanford to your Disney resort.

If you don't want to drive, Tiffany Towncar will take you from Sanford to your Disney resort.

You might be able to get Uber/Lyft, but I don't know if the drivers would want to drive that far, and I haven't priced it out.

Uber drivers would gladly make that trip. They'd love to. It costs about $60 each way.
